Shining a Spotlight on: Leading Change today
Explore your change preference, share your experience and insights on the current disruptive events happening across the peace, security, humanitarian, and development sectors and gain new tools to navigate the “uncertainties” and opportunities you see ahead.
This Spotlight is a micro-learning version of our 4-week virtual course called Leading Teams through Disruptive Changes and that will take place in April 2024.
This practical workshop will strengthen how you lead change and help others adapt at a time of multiple concurrent disruptions. Some of the adaptive challenges our global community of leaders are facing today include:
- Resistance to the need to adapt traditional working practices.
- Challenges to communicate and manage expectations across diverse stakeholders.
- Securing new or continued funding to take the impact of your projects to the next level.
- Convincing colleagues, superiors, funders, and boards and getting buy-in to trying things differently.
Participants will gain new ideas, tools, and a supportive space to help navigate these and other situations where adaptation is crucial to progress.
